The sale from start to finish was managed professionally, from the photos and listing right through to the negotiations and getting the sale completed. GoogleWhilst I have not personally used CJ Hole on Gloucester Road myself, as a local Financial Adviser I have many clients who have bought properties (commercial and residential) using their (CJ Holes) services and they have always remarked how professional, dedicated and transparent the service seems to be in particular Sean McCarthy who has dealt with numerous mutual clients in the past 12 months particularly.

GoogleWe recently rented a house through CJ Hole. We were really impressed with their service. A particular mention to Rafal from the letting department who was kind, caring and very efficient. He was easy to get hold of and made us feel like he really knew both us and the house. Sad to be moving on.

The worse experience with the letting agency ever. Be aware that they will always shop landlords but not a tenants. My tenancy agreement stated two months of notice in once section and only one month in another section. After conversation with a person in the office when signing it I was advised only to give one month notice but when I actually wanted to move out I was informed that it is irrelevant and I have to give two months of notice so the landlord will have time to find a new tenants. Whoever came for any inspections they were all just extremely rude and I was down kind of intruder in the place which I paid a rent for. I would never recommend them.

Easy to contact and she helped talk me down from the ledge quite a few times! Will definitely consider CJ Hole when the time comes to sell. Thanks Emma yet again for all your hard work!

GoogleWorst customer experience ever. It has a reputation around Bristol, but in matter of customer support, it should receive less than one star. After many issues within the property, every time we had to contact the landlord, a property that was miss soled to us, as managed by CJ Hole. They jump in so fast to put you to sign the contract. After you sign the contract, they will be all gone, not only they do not manage properties, they DON'T CARE about you. They are so “busy” they forget to cancel the standing order that was supposed to be cancelled after my last payment. Incurred £20 for nonpayment, and affects my credit score.

GoogleWe are in the process of renting a student property and CJ Hole representative Frankie Bath (our estate agent) has been particularly helpful in explaining the details to us and the process of renting (as it's our first time). She's been very friendly and polite and exceptionally helpful. However, at the beginning of our enquiries into the student house we were disappointed by the level of service we had on the phone - unlike Frankie, the full details of the terms of rental were not fully disclosed (something that should be essential for first time renters/buyers - especially students) and when questioning the terms (to be specific the joint and severally liable tenancy contract) the person on the phone was very rude and defensive and threatened us with terminating going ahead with the agreement. It doesn't need to be said we were within our rights to question the term and for our guarantors to be concerned at the lack of transparency and communication from CJ Hole. However, since the initial hiccup we have been more than impressed with CJ Hole and Frankie. Perhaps just worth noting that students are still customers of your agency and should be treated with the same level of respect as other customers (especially as we all pay the same agency fees).

GoogleA lady called Philippa Kent-Davis was the Agent from this branch of CJ Hole who showed us the property and then helped us sort out the rest of the business for moving in. It was incredibly EASY and we are very thankful to have encountered such a pleasant, honest and helpful estate agent. Would definitely use CJ Hole again and highly reccomend Philippa.
