Dear Zakaria, We are once again disappointed, however, also a little confused as to why we have received another 1-star review from yourself taking into consideration that you have previously submitted such a review on 13.12.2022. It would appear that you are actively seeking to work against us as opposed to with us which is again, is most disappointing taking into consideration your current tenure as tenant of less than 2 months. We can see from correspondence ( although limited! ), between yourself and our office that you have always been dealt with both promptly and efficiently with all email communications dealt with within 24 hours. In fact, since your last review posted on 13.12.2022, we have attempted to contact you on numerous occasions to identify whatever you believe the issues to be with our service so that we can clear confusion/ resolve however thus far, we have had no success in reaching you. Your comments to state that you have been threatened are obviously most concerning however we have run through all email correspondence between yourself and the office whereby we are puzzled at where your accusation has actually originated form? As previously explained, please contact the office on 01279 654646 whereby member of staff will be more than happy to assist. PM Estates

GoogleIf you want to rent go somewhere else, took your deposit never get back , very disappointed, unprofessional service never got, paid rental and deposit, made the contact, you don’t get the keys…. GooglePM Estates are supposed to be managing a property I own. There are crumbling walls and flower beds full of weeds. In fact I don’t know what we are paying for. In the past when I have had to pay into a management company I get yearly accounts with evidence of where our money is being spent, but they don’t do this. So we are left to question where our money is going, very unprofessional and I would not recommend these people.
