GooglePM estate agents have been fantastic. We have been with for about 8 years and never had any major problems. They were fantastic to help us find a house when it was required and were very helpful in sorting any problems quickly. We have had a very good relation with the manager - Paul and despite a lot of changes to the team, they have never failed to help. Highly recommend them if you are looking to buy / rent around Bishops Stortford / neighbouring areas. Thank you to the team once again.

GoogleWe're about to begin our third year of living at the lovely apartment let to us by PM Estates! Their team was exceptionally courteous, helpful and professional when we first contacted them to look for an apartment in Bishop's Stortford at short notice, and I'm pleased to say that they've maintained their excellent standards in all of our subsequent dealings with them :). I've interacted personally with Matt, Will, James and Lucy, and have found them all great to deal with. Needless to say, I highly recommend working with the team at PM Estates!

GoogleThey do not care at all about their clients, i moved in to one of their properties, and faced alot of issues, and they did not care at all, like nothing happeing, they just care about the rent payment, that's all. if you have chance to run away from this agnecy, save yourself.

Dear Zakaria, We are very disappointed to have received such a largely negative and inaccurate review from yourself. As you will see from an email sent to you this morning Zakaria, all emails, calls etc from yourself have been answered in a timely manner and with contractors instructed as soon as authority had been granted by your landlord. It appears that since move-in your personal circumstances may have changed and you are now attempting to find fault in every which way. We have stated on various calls that your comfort in your own home is of paramount importance to us and we have been working tirelessly to assist you as a tenant in one of our managed properties however you appear to prefer to argue and work against those attempting to assist you. If we are brutally honest, this review has been written because you were unhappy that an appliance engineer cancelled attendance due to freak weather conditions yesterday morning however you still felt that this was unreasonable from the contractor’s side. If you would like to discuss the above in any further detail, please contact our office on 01279 654646 whereby a member of staff will be happy to assist.

GoogleVery poor service when I wanted to look at a property. Wouldn't let me see it with a 3-week void period until I could move in and had a really bad attitude about it. If that's how they treat prospective tenants I can't imagine how bad it would be when tied into a tenancy agreement. Avoid.

As confirmed within our telephone call, the demand for the high-quality properties that we offer is exceptionally high whereby the landlord for the property in question had instructed us to move forward with prospective tenants that were willing to move-in in early August only.
