GoogleDear friend, before choosing PM Estate, please read my honest review carefully. I'm a very lazy person, but I think writing down my experience is a good thing, and I'm willing to help you. Please don't use this agent although they promise how perfect it is before you sign contract. They like lying. They have two different faces.

GoogleJust reading some of the comments about deposit holdings There is a little thing called an inventory raport that is done when people move in an out If at moving in the property was professionaly cleaned and painted etc the landlord and the new tenants expect it to be in a similar condition so if it's not then money is withdrawn from the deposit One thing is for sure,we've never been sent to clean something allready clean :)

GoogleI’m so pleased with the service Matthew provided. I had another agent who had the property for 3weeks without any success, so I reached out to Matthew and he magically managed to show the property and take deposit from the tenant within 3 hours of me handing keys to him. Totally amazed how quick he worked. Tenants have moved on. So very pleased indeed. PM Estates will be managing all my future properties.

GoogleWe just finished the contract with them and they are actually ridicolous. They did the checkout and they put in the inventory stuff that was already in the check in and wasn't our fault. I when we informed them of this they never answer to us so we had to take the deposit back. I they are very unprofessional, but I when you have problems in the house it takes them ages to fix them and you have to spent lot of time sending them emails. I for example in the first period of our Tenancy we needed the key for throwing the rubbish. we asked them the key for 3 months by email, we never had the key. They take so long to do everything and they never answer to the emails, they are so disorganized. Had really a bad experience with them, and I going to avoid this agency in the future.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleI just want to say thanks to all staff at PM I lost my job recently and had to break my contract. PM have helped me with the legal issues and found a replacement tenant so I could break my contract. They organised the cleaning and allowed that to be paid from my deposit so I did not have to pay in advance. I have just received the remainder of my deposit within 5 days of moving out which is really appreciated. Thanks to all for all of your help in this difficult time
