AGMs are methodically arranged, including the production and distribution of annual accounts. All members of the owners' management company are invited to attend, with diligent recording of minutes and action points, which are followed up and reported on at the next AGM.

I’ve never had any problems with pm estates they have always be fair payed on time. After visiting different local letting agencies, in PM lettings I felt a very welcome and -a ready to help- approach.
It has been a difficult task to find a house that will suit my needs; however my first contact was amazingly helpful.
The assistant branch manager seemed really dispose to offer his best and as soon something came out he contact me and facilitate and supported along the process of seleccion, making it much more easier the any other company. Also to mention that he didn't hesitate to work over ther opening times to assist in the matter.
I highly recommend to do a first stop in their office.
