GoogleThey were amazing in the beginning. My wife and I were so impressed and happy. And they very quickly asked us to write reviews, which we did. However soon after we paid and moved in things changed. I have emails sent with various requests since February up until now that were not even responded to. We found the staff to be rude and were often trying to fob us off. We waited months for keys to the patio door which were promised at the beginning. A few months ago I contacted them with a problem that we had been trying to resolve and they assured me they would get back to me but simply haven’t. I won’t use PM Estates again
