GoogleI wish I had used JWW for the sale of my property and not just buying with them . Barbara on the ball with sending properties over price dropped and anything . Martyn showing us around and again sending properties to us and getting his team to call me .
They are informative and Barbara Is in contact and informed me of the whole process I feel confident in their hands.
JWW are old style Estate Agents who do not sit back with all the modern systems you need.
Well done.

We were looking for a house and Martyn the manager of Bishop Auckland branch couldn’t do enough to help us! TrustpilotThorough, efficient, considerate, and understanding
Excellent communication and attention to detail with understanding what a stressful time house buying and selling can be for sellers and buyers. It's the human element to the service for which I'm writing this review, and which was very much appreciated. And in that vein I've got to commend consultant, Nicky Hall, for delivering all these qualities at Woods.

TrustpilotNew to area
We had been looking at property in the north east and had varying agent experiences from being excellent to not turning up at all. The viewing we had with Barbara from the Bishop Auckland branch was in the excellent category. On time, very helpful re local area which we weren't familiar with, suggestions for good dog walks etc. Follow up after we made an offer was also good so no negatives at all.
