GoogleA very stressful time made so much better with the help of Martyn at JW Wood. He explains clearly all options. House sold within the week. Everything sorted. The girls in the office always on hand to help filling out paperwork and giving advice when needed. I would recommend JW Wood in Bishop Auckland without hesitation.

If you're thinking of letting JW Wood manage your property think twice. They charge high fees, communication is dreadful if something goes wrong and they charge you for things without asking! Members of the team admit they have fallen short however managers there do not answer questions in a timely manner and when you suggest a face to face meeting to try and resolve things they refuse! Honestly worse estate agent I have encountered.
