I would not recommend this landlord or organisation based on my experience. When we moved in, the property was not prepared as promised, and many serious issues required attention immediately. Despite raising these concerns, the landlord did not respond to complaints or engage in any meaningful dialogue to resolve them. Additionally, outstanding bills from before our tenancy had not been cleared, which caused further complications and debt collectors. Communication was poor throughout, and key assurances made to us were not followed through. Based on this, I would not buy or rent a property from this organisation, as I found their approach unprofessional, unreliable and unethical.

I have just agreed a sale through the Bishop Auckland branch of JWW, and I can't speak highly enough of the team. Martyn, Amanda and Barbara have been looking after the sale, and they have been lovely to deal with.The photos where fantastic and their marketing is great, it must have work because a sale was agreed within a week of going live on rightmove. They were really been accommodating and helpful, especually when I decided to go on holiday the same week as deciding to market my property! Its early days in the process, but fingerscrossed the rest of the sale will runs as smoothly, Im sure it will in light of the professionalism I have experienced so far.
