Anita gave a 100 percent to help us with the purchase of Cherry Cottage, we used a solicitor she recommended and helped with the vetting process with things we needed help with, made herself available for any questions we had, chasing all aspects of the sale to keep us on track. The property was vacant and we moved in , within five weeks from the initial viewing, a lot of which was down to Anita. She made provision for us to visit the property on a bank holiday to measure up for furniture ect. Also she was a genuine bridge between us and the seller for information and advice, without it feeling as a them and us situation. Cannot recommend her highly enough.

Would give 10 stars if it was an option! Excellent service, did what other bigger agents couldn't and got my property sold. Adverts are excellent with the little videos and drone footage which you don't see with most other agents. The Avenue have been a pleasure to deal with from start to finish on the sale of our property. Jack, Laura & Holly kept us well informed throughout and took the hassle away by giving us regular updates and conducting all viewings. The media work and presentation of the house by Ben was superb. We used Lee Holman at The Avenue Estate Agents to sell our house in Harlow after having shocking customer service with another agency. From start to finish Lee was professional and understanding of our situation. Videos and images were taken of our house which looked amazing. An offer was accepted within days and Lee set out to make the whole process as stress free as possible. There were some hic ups along the way from our buyers and sellers but Lee reassured us at every point explaining the process and making sure we were happy. Lee went above and beyond to make sure our house sold as quickly as possible and we were over the moon with the whole experience. Lee is an asset to the company and we couldn't recommend him enough.

I cannot recommend these enough. Ella Hogan was by far the politest and most professional estate agent I have ever had dealings with. Open honest helpful with the perfect amount of help/advice you need. She was not pushy or opinionated like the majority of estate agents we have had dealings with recently. Ella is worth every penny she is paid and deserves a bonus/pay rise.
