Wish we'd used Martin Kent from The Avenue in the first place. You get an extremely personal and very professional service, you will continually be kept up to date, even outside office hours, Martin goes above and beyond to get your property sold!! Marketing is first class and we had more viewing via The Avenue than previous estate agents. Photos are fabulous, including the aerial views. Martins knowledge and advice is extremely valuable and Martin has also helped with the purchase of our next property. I can't recommend Martin Kent from The Avenue Estate Agent enough!! You will not regret it!!!

We met Martin when he hosted a mornings viewings on a property we were interested in. We were impressed that late on the Saturday afternoon he had called us and arranged a viewing on the coming bank holiday morning. Our agents were closed from the Saturday to the Tuesday after the bank holiday! Missed opportunities. We soon changed agents, Martin was friendly, helpful and had contacts to help every element of the selling and moving process. He dealt with viewings, which is far better than doing them yourself! And he was happy to be there, he knows how to sell! He sold our home within 2 weeks of it going on the market with him, 4 months after the initial agency listed it. If we do move again, we will go to Martin again. Highly recommended!

Henry has been nothing short of amazing throughout the whole process of selling our home. Showing professionalism and adaptability at every turn. He has also been easily contactable everyday and made us aware of any times he might not be as available. From our very first meeting with Henry he showed his professionalism as he came prepared with history of the house and houses of a similar size that have sold or on the market in the area. He spent over an hour getting to know us both and what drew us to the house in the first place. He was also very detailed when giving us a valuation and he displayed confidence in his pricing of the home and the suggested £220k asking price. We eventually sold for £215k and this was £25k more than other estate agents suggested we could get for the house. Henry has made the whole process run so smoothly and even spoke to solicitors on our behalf to get updates and chase up status of all the checks. Without any doubt we recommend Henry to be the go to guy and will be suggesting him to all friends and family that maybe looking to sell their homes.

Outstanding service from Liam Bent and the team at The Avenue. 5 stars is not enough! From start to finish, Liam was extremely friendly, professional and communicative. There was no hard sell and Liam’s experience of the property market was invaluable during the initial viewing period. From professional videography, rendered listing photos and open house events, Liam and the team ensured the listing was to the highest standard (and trust me it was). Amazing service every step of the way!

Being the first time we had sold a house, we wanted to be sure that we worked with estate agents that we could trust and that would help guide us through the sometimes complicated process of selling. From the moment that we started talking with the Avenue and from looking at the quality of listings we knew that they were the estate agents for us.From beginning to end the service was amazing and the whole team constantly went above and beyond in the process of selling. The effort that James and the team put into the listings is a step above everyone else, with amazing photos, guided walkthroughs and bespoke videos - We were blown away by how professional the content was and how good they’d made our house look! Once the listing was live Hayley would give us regular updates on how our property was performing in terms of interest and enquires. All updates were shared in a WhatsApp group and the team were always so prompt whenever we asked a question. The Best Around!!!!

I'd like to say a massive thank you to Emma and Helen from the Avenue for taking care of the sale of my mom's house. They were not only professional, but efficient and innovative from beginning to end. I had 4 estate agents in to value her house and The Avenue were head and shoulders above the "usual suspects" as in the time and effort that goes into a valuation let alone when they start advertising it. They have a clientele base which they understand fully and know who is looking for what kind of property and tailor this information to offer them the house they require.
