Great estate agent!

Natalie is a great sales person- very friendly and great to work with. She has been excellent throughout- proactive, clear communication, feedback and advice and always prompt in replying to messages. She did all the viewings and went out of her way to fit them in even when she was busy. She took every opportunity to source and follow up buyers and to answer queries- a very solution focused approach. The marketing was excellent and attracted a lot more viewings than other agents. Overall, 5 stars!

From the start they offer a modern selling experience with in-depth knowledge of pricing current market. the use of video drones and social media really helped to produce a quality video and pictures. as well as honest advice on little things to improve to sell the house. really worked we sold our house after a month having been on the market with previous agent for over 6 months with no viewings . the whole team worked hard and setup WhatsApp chat where we could communicate and get quick responses. would highly recommend them.

Impeccable service throughout.

Not sure where to start. From start to finish we received the most exceptional service from Henry and his team. Our house was on the market for 7 months with two big high street estate agents and we only had 2 viewings in that time. When we chose Henry from the moment the ball started rolling within 6 weeks we had viewings and offer to which one was accepted, and this is all down to Henry and his team. From the marketing skills, the photography, and the incredible effort Henry put in throughout. Henry was the most wonderful support system through out and nothing was ever too much. The market is difficult at the moment with the current living crisis, but Henry made it that little bit easier and we will forever be grateful. Best Estate Agent Ever!

Moving house is never a stress free situation, but we’re beyond grateful to have had Ben help us throughout the process! From the day he first spoke to us about getting our old home onto the market, to the day we finally moved into our new home, he was an absolute god send. He was in constant communication with us throughout the process, he understood our needs as a family and as two professionals working full time and he went over and above to ensure the process went as smoothly as possible (even when we faced a few challenges right at the end). He somehow even managed to get us the perfect house (one we initially believed was never possible) because he really is THAT good! Ben made every effort throughout the whole selling and buying experience. Communication was fantastic, definitely offered a more rounded offering than your high street agent. Exceptional professionalism from a brilliant estate agency

After a fruitless couple of months with a couple of local volume estate agents and having read so many sparkling reviews of The Avenue we took the plunge and engaged Emma, James and Helen to market our house. What a difference. Nothing left to chance, the house properly assessed, every room staged to enhance it's appeal. Superb professional photography with drone footage of the garden. Marketing was done on a drip feed basis to maximise interest. Within 10 days we had an offer and were in a position to move ourselves. Then throughout the whole process Emma and Helen were on hand to keep us calm and ensure all parties were happy. Look - The Avenue aren't the cheapest out there but from our experience we'd say they were the best we've ever used and worth every penny.
