After spending over a year without selling, and not much interest being drummed up by estate agents, we opted to give Lianne Graziano from The Avenue a try. From the start she was super proactive, mailing people, door drops, social media etc, and the photos of the house were amazing, with movie quality drone videos. We had more interest in 3 months than the previous 18m. In summary, Lianne is a very proactive, personable and dedicated agent who does everything possible to sell your house and also make the whole process as stress free as possible. She even dealt with our purchase aswell. Highly recommend Lianne at the Avenue for top notch professional service with results!

Our overall experience of Emma Nugent - The Avenue was excellent. Although it took 2 years to sell our property it had presented a huge challenge of being unique and Grade 2 listed. The marketing, photos, videos, social media were fantastic and a buyer was found almost immediately. Unfortunately he had a heart attack and could not proceed. Nevertheless Emma and Helen worked so so hard to market, present and discuss our property with potential buyers and we had a number of viewings. Being part of the local history it was always a case of finding the "right buyer". Emma and Helen were always available to speak to and discuss aspects, changes and courses of action, as well as being courteous, polite, we got to know them well!. They were brilliant at assessing potential buyers for such a unique property. They worked tirelessly! I would definitely recommend them.

The dedicated time from Martin was outstanding, he was always there, always supporting and finding out a solution and way forward. He pushed things forward, provided useful local contacts and contacted me even after office hours on updates. Gone are the days of visiting the office or ringing the estate agents only to be told they are out or unavailable. I dealt with one person, who knew what was going on and he always got back to me. We cannot recommend Henry Teal and The Avenue enough. We had been on the market for 5 months with barely any engagement. Henry had done his research on our house and knew more about it than we did.
