We came across The Avenue - Amber Valley for the first time when we saw a property listing. Ella showed us around the property and impressed us with her friendly and informed approach, providing thorough details about the property, neighbours, and the surrounding area. Although we had our offer accepted, we were not able to move forward. Ella continued to reach out weekly with updates and advice. Her dedication was unmatched by our previous estate agent. She even helped us explore other properties we were interested in, despite us not being clients of The Avenue, highlighting the outstanding quality of their team. When it was time to reconsider our contract with our former estate agent, we decided not to renew and instead joined The Avenue, Amber Valley. Working with James, Hayley, and Ella has been brilliant. Couldn’t be happier with the service…

Couldn’t be happier with the service provided by the Avenue Estate Agents with James and Hayley so far. We’re around 6 weeks into the process and they sold our house within the first few days, during the first viewing! This was after James and Hayley both spent lots of time with us in person and over the phone explaining the process and their communication with us has been excellent throughout. The photos, videos and social media content is brilliant and they clearly take a lot of pride in working with their customers. Ella has been great too with booking us in for viewings at our new home pretty much whenever we requested, giving us as much time as we needed to have a look around and Nicole has been very proactive in the sales progression and has keep us up to date with any new information and developments. Thank you for all the help so far and making a potentially very stressful time selling houses run so smoothly and stress free!

Great caring service

We could not be more grateful for the care and personal service we got from Jack and his team. We were guided through a difficult process for us with great understanding and held our hands every step of the way, nothing was to much trouble. We were always kept right up to date and all phone calls or WhatsApp enquiries were always answered promptly. It started with brilliant advice on how to present our home and the photos and video were amazing. The WhatsApp group that was set up for our address was inspirational because if we had any queries we just added it to the group and someone answered. Jack also liaised with our buyer to answer his questions and reassure him. If we ever sold again (which I’m hoping we won’t lol) we would not hesitate to use Jack and his team at The Avenue. An Estate Agent that goes above and beyond - Highly recommend!

Changed to The Avenue from another agent a few months back after seeing and some of their marketing work on social media channels such as instagram and wanting something a little bit different to what normal estate agents provide. Right from the off their enthusiasm and passion to do the best by you was evident. The videography work is top notch and really does the best to promote your home in the best possible way. Communication has been excellent throughout with detailed feedback on viewings always provided. Jack and Laura were brilliant in getting us to an agreed sale and indeed a purchase in this particular instance.
