An Estate agent who get's it and goes the extra mile!

The Avenue have been a pleasure to deal with from start to finish on the sale of our property. Jack, Laura & Holly kept us well informed throughout and took the hassle away by giving us regular updates and conducting all viewings. The media work and presentation of the house by Ben was superb. The house was presented online immaculately (so good I wanted to re-buy it myself!!) and definitely drove the timely sale of the property. We used Lee Holman at The Avenue Estate and we couldn't be happier with the results.

We used Lee Holman at The Avenue Estate Agents to sell our house in Harlow after having shocking customer service with another agency. From start to finish Lee was professional and understanding of our situation. Videos and images were taken of our house which looked amazing. An offer was accepted within days and Lee set out to make the whole process as stress free as possible. There were some hic ups along the way from our buyers and sellers but Lee reassured us at every point explaining the process and making sure we were happy. Lee went above and beyond to make sure our house sold as quickly as possible and we were over the moon with the whole experience. Lee is an asset to the company and we couldn't recommend him enough.
