As a builder, it is important to have a good relationship with your Estate Agent. For many years now I have used Anita Adams as she is a great communicator and keeps all parties updated. Anita deals with all of the negotiations, more often than not I have to ask her what we have agreed to for the buyer and she always forwards the conversation to me or the Foreman for clarification. It is disappointing when Anita doesn't cover an area that we are building in, as she never lets us down.

After being on the market with another estate agent for a long period of time, I got in touch with Natalie to ask whether she could help sell my property as even though I was getting lots of viewings, I wasn’t getting any offers. I’d followed Natalie at The Avenue Estates on Instagram and I love watching her house tours and how she presents them. Even though I thought my property wasn’t in her usual price bracket, she reassured me that she sells lots of properties of different values which was great to hear.Natalie gave me lots of advice and great feedback as we were chatting about what to do next. If I had a question or query, she was always quick at responding and I found her very personable and knowledgeable with regards to the current housing market.Fortunately, I did manage to sell mine just as we had started discussing so I did not need to change agents. However, if I were to sell again, I would definitely use Natalie and I would recommend her to others. She seems to have a genuine interest in the buyers and sellers and aims to give that great personal and professional approach to one of the most considered stressful events in your life.
