Jack and Laura did a great job selling my house. Kept me informed with the process and made it all really easy. Best thing is that they use modern methods of communication which made my life so much easier. Whatsapp/Voicenotes means you can answer queries instantly, rather than scrolling through loads of emails. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Would highly recommend

I’ve just completed on my Barn and Henry at The Avenue was instrumental in making this happen. His support and communication throughout the process was really appreciated. He even re-did the photos and videos as he thought they could be improved. It’s a very tough market at the moment so anyone serious about selling their property should use Henry/The Avenue as their agent . One very happy customer

We met with Jack from The Avenue when we were selecting estate agent to sell our home, which was a unique barn conversion. After meeting a few agents it was clear that Jack’s approach to the whole process is new, refreshing and very personalised. Jack provided us with guidance and recommendations throughout the process. The Avenue have proposed very detailed and unique marketing strategy and produced high quality marketing content. The sale completed very promptly as we had cash buyers for our property and Jack remained involved throughout and assisted us at every step. When we were dealing with Jack we felt that he was dedicated to provide excellent service and he certainly did that - we can’t recommend Jack and The Avenue enough. The best estate agents around!

Having bought and sold several properties, not to mention having viewed many potential homes, I’ve never experienced a company like them. From the video introduction to my new home to having the keys dropped to my door on completion day, I have been amazed every step of the way. Alison is knowledgeable, efficient and provided a personal service throughout. Her advice, reassurance and friendly demeanor were most welcome during such a stressful time.An exceptional service from start to finish and worlds apart from your average high street estate agents. The Avenue is the only agent I would ever recommend.

Excellent communication and lots of ideas for highlighting your property above others on the market. After a lengthy and stressful house hunt during this property boom, I can honestly say Emma was a breath of fresh air, providing an exceptional service far beyond any other agents we had experienced. Finally an agent that genuinely helped us, proactively looking for properties and always on hand for guidance every step of the way. Emma was a must for us when it came to listing our own property, offering a modern stress free process that we were very impressed with, beautiful video and photos that we will keep as memories, floorpans that are actually accurate with measurements (unlike most listings), well organised viewings with minimal disruption for us and as a result had a sale agreed within a week. We were kept informed throughout the sale without any issues and even on the day of completion Emma brought us biscuits, rolled up her sleeves and helped move boxes. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

Chris was great, he explained the avenues business model to only have small portfolio of house and therefore he wasn’t rushed with other appointments. Chris was informative, asked questions that really got us to think about what we wanted in both selling and buying a house. We have brought and sold a few properties over the past few years, but no estate agent has provided a service quite like The Avenue, we knew their business was unique through the way the marketed properties and they exceeded all our expectations when we chose them to sell our house.They made every effort imaginable to ensure the process was exciting and fun rather than daunting and scary. The passion and enthusiasm shines through James, Hayley and Ella, they have a real commitment to ensure they know their clients on a personal and professional level which enabled us all to build a highly positive relationship. We received valuable daily updates via phonecalls, messages and emails, we also had a WhatsApp group set up to share appointments, feedback, messages etc. Nothing is too much trouble or out of the question, the staff have a family feel ethos which provided guidance, support and assurance throughout the whole process. We did take some time to find the right property, however the team were highly supportive throughout this, they even offered to join in with second viewings to offer practical advice, at no point did we feel pressured to find a property to purchase only support.I can honestly say you will not get a better service and level of professionalism we have experienced through using The Avenue, we highly recommend anyone wanting to sell their property, there is no better company! We were lucky enough to work with Emma for the sale of our house and purchase of new house. The circumstances with a previous sale falling through pushed us towards Emma and the service from Emma and The Avenue was superb.In order to keep the purchase we had made an offer, the vendors stated we must re-sell our house and within 3 weeks and they must be no chain buyers. With the odds against us, the team produced a set of photos and video for sale within 5 days, 15 viewings within 12 days, and 3 offers (and a sale) within 15 days (6 days early of our deadline). From that point forward, Emma and the team handled both our sale and purchase with complete professionalism and competence, completing and moving within 4 weeks from the resale of our house. The service was both personal and efficient. We would thoroughly recommend using The Avenue for your sale or purchase.

Our experience with James at the Avenue has been amazing. We've used agents before and generally this has been to get us onto Rightmove. James and team dont just advertise houses, they actually sell them. They work hard to prepare the house, prepare fantastic sales material and manage the process fully end to end. From my perspective its an effortless service and its very well developed by James - he's a craftsman. I would never use or recommend anyone else.
