Amazing Estate Agent!

From the very first moment we stepped into the property we knew this was the house we wanted. With it being our first home we had lots of questions in which Emma always had an answer. The sale was a very quick one and at times had the potential to become a stressful experience but Emma went above and beyond contacting all the relevant people to make it as smooth a process as possible! Couldn’t have asked for a better estate agent who always went that extra mile. 100% would recommend her to anyone! Our experience with James at the Avenue has been amazing. We've used agents before and generally this has been to get us onto Rightmove. James and team dont just advertise houses, they actually sell them. They work hard to prepare the house, prepare fantastic sales material and manage the process fully end to end. From my perspective its an effortless service and its very well developed by James - he's a craftsman. I would never use or recommend anyone else.

The Avenue Estate Agent - Above and Beyond …

The Avenue is not your ordinary Estate Agent, total opposite to the high street names we are probably more familiar with! So why use these guys??? Because… if you want your house SOLD, Then I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend James, Hayley and the team. They are professional, knowledgeable, hard working, realistic in the potential outcome, offer advice and guidance, always at the end of a phone or text message and if you do buy chance leave them a message, they actually DO call you back!!! (How many estate agents say that and never do??) Honestly from deciding to market our house, the initial organisation of timeline for the house to ‘go live’ to the quality of the photos and the video, left me speechless. Dedication from James and his team was second to none. The ‘Launch Day’ was when the viewings was booked, one day, that potential buyers come and view our house, this worked brilliantly for us (three kids and work, it’s extremely hard to keep a house tidy!) and James is there to meet and show them around, taking away all the stress and anxiety for us. I would 100% recommend anyone looking to sell their property. Thanks again James

Holly 🥰Above and beyond doesn't begin to explain what this girl did to get this sale over the line. To begin, the listing of the property and offer stage went perfectly from Hayley and James and we couldn't be happier. We then met Holly who would go on to progress the sale. For reasons completely out of the control of the agents this sale became quite complicated. The only reason the sale is now exchanged and complete is because of Holly's sheer hard work and determination. We couldn't be happier with the service we received. If you are selling and you aren't listing with Hayley, James and Holly at the Avenue then you are making a poor decision. They're the absolute best and I'm very grateful. Thank you so much!

You won’t regret choosing The Avenue

Our first meeting with Hayley and James from The Avenue Estate Agents came about at a time when we were completely baffled by the current housing market. We found ourselves in the predicament of not being able to view any potential properties due to our house not being up for sale. It seemed alien to even consider putting our house on the market when there wasn’t another one in the pipeline that we wanted to buy………that was until we met Hayley and James. Their service has been second to none. They explained how the current housing market works and provided advice and much needed reassurance. The marketing of our home was outstanding and we received many comments from friends and family saying the same. The photos, the video and the attention to detail ultimately spoke for itself when we had a full morning of viewings booked within a week of it going on the market. It’s important to mention that Hayley and James made it clear to potential viewers that we, as sellers had not found a property to move to. This enabled the viewings to be “tailored” to our position at the time. The viewings were handled by James and we got to spend a day out leaving our home in his safe hands. We received 5 above asking price offers within 2 days of the viewings. Hayley and James are professional, knowledgeable in their field and the best at what they do. They are breathing a breath of fresh air into the traditional (dare I say old fashioned) way of buying and selling property. We cannot recommend The Avenue highly enough.

Best estate agents around…

James and Hayley are the most professional, hardworking and passionate estate agents that we’ve come across. We saw a house up for sale that we were interested in (amazing marketing, video and photography to the highest standard we’ve seen) and James came round to discuss our position. As soon as we met him, we knew we wanted him to sell our house. James knows a lot about the market and we were confident we were choosing the right estate agent. James and Hayley want the best for the buyer and seller, not just the money like some local estate agents. Our house went up for sale on Boxing Day and had lots of viewings on our open day. James and Hayley both kept us up to date through phone calls and a WhatsApp group. The open days are a brilliant idea as we only had to clean once and take our dog out instead of lots of viewings throughout the week. James is always at the end of the phone and has been very helpful through the process of selling our first home. Would highly recommend if you want to sell your house.

Martin Kent now works for the avenue estate- Me and my boyfriend had a offer accepted back on New Year’s Eve 2022 with Martin, this was the best news that we had received as first time buyers we were so excited to get our first home, unfortunately for us we were led to believe false information, we were lied to all the way through, we initially should have completed back in March however this never happened, we totally understand that the housing market is unpredictable and we were very patient throughout. Unfortunately for us we were fighting a lose lose battle, we constantly chase however got nothing back, we had no communication for months with Martin, In the end we gave up and didn’t speak to anyone. We were again given false hope being told the sellers were 75% done with their purchase however weeks later our solicitors informed us that the sellers had even exchanged draft contracts!. In the end 6 months later we decided to look else where and pull out of the offer. Then to inform Martin and his response was “I’ve been waiting for this call” Looking back now I wish we had done this months prior!
