Chris the magician

Chris isn’t it’s an estate agent, he’s a magician. We’d had our property listed with a different agent for 5 months of whom did half hearted viewings with people they hadn’t even properly qualified. Chris came and did our marketing, listed it and sold to a cash buyer for over asking 10 days later! We wish we'd gone to these first! We met Martin Kent whilst viewing a property. Unhappy with our existing agent, we switched, Martin sold our house in under 2 weeks. He's been on hand all through so far. He answered calls out of normal office hours to book viewings and organised viewings whilst other agents were closed for the bank holidays! His marketing is fabulous, trust me, you'd not regret using this agency!

Exceptional service & affordable seller fee's

The quality of service we have received to date is unmatched! From the valuation to the marketing, viewings to negotiating, the whole process has been seamless. I can't reccomend James & Hayley at The Avenue enough, they are fantastic! The marketing video, drone footage and professional photos made our home stand out from the crowd and as such we were able to secure a sale within two weeks of marketing. All that together with really affordable selling fees. Hand on heart I really can't fault the company in any way and will certainly be using them for all our future projects!
