GoogleI had my viewing with Michael which went amazingly he was open about the properties and answered all the questions I had and was very polite and talkative, I was then transferred to Abder who was helping me set things up with the landlord and my tenancy and again answered all my questions and was patient and informative I appreciated both of them they've both been incredibly helpful

GoogleAbsolutely horrendous experience. The service was slow and sluggish. Have been trying to get my key since a week now still haven't got them. Even though I completed the process, they fail to do their part on time but you still might have to pay the rent even because of their incompetence. I would recommend you to try other agencies who are quicker and more professional than purple frog.

GoogleFrauds! Doesn’t rectify any of the complaints, doesn’t take prompt action for even issues with necessities like water supply but at the of the contract, will have the audacity to charge £60 for every single room in the name of cleaning. Better to stay away from this useless team!
