GoogleLarge decline in estate since pennycuick Collins started managing the site. Charges have increased and there's been internal ceiling holes for 18+ months. Half finished jobs left for months on end. Yet fees go up. Appalling service

GoogleWe would like to thank Pennycuick for giving us a smooth and quick process into finding a place for me and my spouse. Ross and Jack from the office provided a great service, were really helpful and made the whole experience easy for us! I would highly recommend!

GoogleDO NOT USE! 5* reviews clearly fake. This is the most unprofessional and neglectful company i have ever had the unfortunate opportunity to work with. Charge extortionate amounts and never carry out any work. Criminal company.

From the first viewing with Ross to signing of the contracts he and the team have been brilliant done everything they said and kept us informed. Highly recommend this company and Ross and Jack especially thank you both

GoogleWe have been so unhappy with Pennycuick that we submitted a 60 page letter of complaint. Their response was so totally inadequate that we have now referred our complaint to the Property Ombudsman.

GoogleThis company is incompetent and ignorant, the staff who work at the company have atrocious manners, are unprofessional and wobble around the property with a misplaced confidence in their own worth and value. They are unable to manage suppliers, repairs, requests and simple tasks.

GoogleI have been a tenant of a Pennycuick Collins managed property for 4 years. They were very supportive and helpful with any issues we had ensuring problems were dealt with quickly. I would recommend them to both tenants and landlords alike for their service.

GoogleWould give 0 stars if possible. Useless company to talk to, never want to do anything to benefit anyone but themselves. Usual reply is 'we'll get back to you'. Which never happens. When you call back, they pass you to the next level supervisor and you still get the same response

GoogleAbsolute time wasters, they constantly never pick the phone up and not call back even when leaving voicemails and doesn't reply to emails. Would avoid and never have anything to do with the company.
