GoogleI have tried to contact Pennycuick on several occasions now to ask how much I have to pay them for a service charge and on each occasion I have not been able to make contact. Poor show and I could not recommend them.

Fraudulent company that rip tenants off by charging extortionate service fees for services they haven't provided. Avoid this company at all costs.

GoogleI could give many examples of extremely unsatisfactory service and appointments of contractors, but you'd be bored. Short story: AVOID. I promise you, it's not worth the stress. Unorganised company who make it up as they go along.
