GoogleWould give zero stars if I could! Definately avoid if you want to protect your investment!! Have left our property to fall into a dire state of disrepair. I have been in my property for ten years and in that time all I have seen is a couple of workmen blowing leaves off the car park and some botched repairs to a leaky roof! Agree with previous reviewers who have found staff to be condescending and rude. I have tried to escalate complaints but always end up being fobbed off by the same people! My experience with them has been as a lease holder but would warn any freeholders out there to avoid like the plague, they genuinely will not protect your investment. They have not made any attempts to chase leesholders for outstanding charges and will collect their own fees and simply state 'there is no money' for any repairs! If you value your property and want to protect it then go elsewhere for management!

GoogleAwful estate agents, I had a break in at the house I was renting, they were extremely unsympathetic towards the situation and did not care I was unsafe in the house. The police had to be called out and I felt let down. Also any time I phoned to speak about any concerns I was let down and dealt with in quite a rude manner. I felt throughout I was left to pay rent in a run down house with faulty electrics and all that mattered was I paid rent. Please do not rent from them. Unless you don't care about unprofessional 'customer service'.

GoogleWhere do i start!! Never buy a property that Penny cuicks are managing mainly because they do nothing for the lease holder apart from want your money.. We have been having proplems with sub letters over a number of years now, which Pc's clearly state subletting will not be tolerated!!! We have people here at the moment who are regulary fighting, drug taking, arguing at all hours, smashing windows and still Pc's do nothing about it!! To this day i still do not know who the property manager is everytime i ring them i get passed on to someone else over and over again or with a message "we will ring you back with an update" And guess what they never do!! All they want is their Β£1200 a year and that's it. I agree totally with one of the other reviews that they are totally incompitent and fraudulant but they get away with it time and time again!!

GoogleTime and time again the communication and organisation is lacking. Every few months being lumped with additional charges due to over spending or clerical errors is unreasonable. Only interested in you paying the amount they are demanding with no complaints. When you try and work and communicate with them they either ignore or fob you off to someone else. Extremely disappointing.

GoogleHorrible agency that only cares about making money and has no respect for the tenants living in the buildings they manage. We've asked for our final meter reading three weeks ago and still didn't receive it. They hire as little people as possible to manage their buildings, don't respond to calls, and due to their negligence we're actively loosing money.

Googlei was ever so delighted and could not fault the way ross and the people at pennycuick collins found me a rented accomadation . ross helped me with the paperwork and the move .i would highly reccomend this firm if you are thinking about moving highly professional people who made me feel at ease i wish them firm the best of luck for the new year.

GoogleVery happy with the service provided by Pennyquick Collins, I would definitely recommend them. Viewed my property just before the lockdown. They did everything they could to get me moved in by the date I wanted, even under the very difficult circumstances of the lockdown. Always available to speak to when needed. They have a great team of people Ross, Lucy and jack always very helpful and polite.

GoogleAwful. They ignore your calls and e-mails, fob you off by telling you they will get back to you and never do, and string everything out as much as possible. I've waited almost two years for a simple door buzzer to be fixed... How difficult can it be? They also charge for services they don't provide.

GoogleGreat service shown by Ross who is the lettings manager and Mia who creates the tenancy agreements. They both managed to get all the paperwork together in a matter of days so I could move in the the property quickly. 5 star service!!!!

GoogleI live abroad and the service we are getting from Ross Parsons as letting agent is outstanding. No problem seems to phase him. I have had a deceased tenant , a switch from letting to selling and repairs and renovations done to the satisfaction of all. Ross has got a real feeling for this business and his awareness and flexibility have paid dividends. Top Man!

GoogleDon't receive a bill every quarter as we should for our service charge then get a default notice with extra charges on and when you contact them they fob you off or cut you off terrible company to deal with shambles

GoogleI have just collected my keys to my new house.Ross and Jack in the lettings team have made viewing the property applying for the property and all of the administration an easy process, these guys know their jobs I would certainly recommend the lettings team to both tenants and land Lords

GoogleI can't stress how highly I recommend this company to any student moving to Birmingham for university. The staff have been extremely helpful, kind and generous during my time at this student accommodation. Its great value for money being in the city centre and perfect for students of all ages, a good mix of fresher's and mature students.
