GoogleI live next door to an apartment block they manage and I've just received an invoice of £300 to be paid in 2 weeks for things such as 'electricity, communal areas management and fire safety' for the APARTMENTS where I do not live. All they do is cut the grass 8 times a year; I think for this money I could find someone cheaper!

GoogleBooked an appointment to view a rental property. Drove 1.5 hours to view it and the agent never showed up. Tried multiple times to call the office but they never picked up. Bitterly disappointed in this company. Had to drive another 1.5 hours back for nothing.

GoogleCalled regarding an apartment block they are managing for Latitude, got passed through two different people and then finally to 'Johnathon' who deals with that apartment block, he answered and then hung up the phone almost immediately. I called back within seconds of him hanging up the phone to be advised he was on the phone (again). Awful company. Cannot manage a telephone call let alone a block of apartments.

GoogleDuring the rental process, I had the pleasure of working with Ross and Catarina. The entire process was seamless, with clear communication at every step. They were highly responsive over the phone, making the experience enjoyable. I would gladly work with them again in the future.

GoogleThe vast majority of residents are now struggling to pay the charges imposed by Pennyquick Collins. The extra charges such as nearly £800 for painting which I have paid and now learn that the painting is not going to take place, I'm not sure how many other residents have paid but I do know that I want a refund ! It would be better sitting in my bank account rather than Pennyquicks. We may live in a Grade 2 listed building but Pennyquick forget we are living in the centre of Bilston and not a posh part of Birmingham. Most of the contractors seem to be traveling from Birmingham way and this is costing us hundreds of pounds for small jobs around the site. Residents living in the conversation need new Directors who have our interests at heart.

GooglePennycuick are rude, unprofessional, incompetent and take unreasonable extortionate amounts of money from residents! They do not even use the money to do what they say they will do. Pennycuick are thieves and will involve their solicitors (which residents then have to pay for) for random costs due to, admittedly, their own errors (a child could financially manage their accounts better than they do). Pennyquick are aware that for one resident to fight back would cost the resident as much in solicitor fees as Pennycuick dare to demand from the residents. This is another reason why residents are currently now forming a group to fight back and hopefully justice will he served against this disgusting unethical organisation.
