As a tenant who has been renting an apartment through Northwood for over a year, I can say that it is a great property management company that truly values its tenants. As a tenant, it is crucial to feel that your needs are being met, and I can say that the Northwood team is highly responsive to my needs. Their maintenance reporting system is user-friendly, and they are able to arrange work within a short period of time. I especially appreciate their prompt response to my request for heater repair before the snowfall in mid-March, which helped me live in a warm environment during the snowy weather. They are also willing to accommodate my work schedule for regular visits, which allows us to communicate effectively. I feel that my needs are always well taken care of. In addition, all of the staff members are friendly and polite, which makes me feel comfortable to talk to them. Overall, I highly recommend Northwood to anyone looking for a property management company that values responsiveness, and communication.

I feel wonderful today to have the issue in my newly moved in apartment resolved in less than 2 days. The issue was about the hot water boiler. Hot water supply was unstable, on and off several times in the first week. The issue was reported through the website, and I was contacted already in the next day by Cheryl Quinney for more details. Visit of maintenance people was arranged already in the day after. The problem was resolved right away by the friendly and experienced maintenance people. Thank you very much for your quick response and efficient work
