GoogleNot the worse experience ever, as the agents whom I have been talking to on the phone were helpful and responsive, however on the day of the viewing, the agent himself who arranged the viewing forgot to honour it, leaving us to wait in the cold for 10-15 min. He seemed like a nice guy but definitely needs a bit more training, he lacks preparation.

Within a few days on the market the property was rented out! GoogleVery disappointed with their service. When i moved to the apartment they told me that it was professionally clean,however the apartment was very dirty. Moreover, when i check out, the apartment was delivered in perfect condition , everything was clean up and even i painted the walls. However, they charge me 235 pounds for clean and rubbish removal. UNBELIEVABLE

GoogleNorthwood have managed my property since 2009 and have provided an excellent service throughout. They are very professional and thorough in every service they provide. I had no problem with any of the tenants they found and any maintenance issues that did arise were dealt with swiftly. If I ever buy another property for rental I will be using Northwood again
