Google“When I purchased the flat I needed to rent it out quickly, Nin was able to organise decor and furniture very quickly and the flat was rented out straight away, which was very handy for me as I live a couple of hours away and I was very busy at work , this saved me money in the long run. Communication is very good with maintenance ect. Overall very professional and friendly team Many thanks Micky

GoogleAbsolutely hopeless. I emailed them telling them I was interested in a property as a cash purchaser and they told me my solicitor would stop me buying it because it hasn't passed the EWS test. If you ask them to sell your property they will actually try not to sell it! Update: their response indicates they didn't read my review, which is exactly what the phone call was like. If your property isn't selling with Northwood, don't be surprised.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
Dear John if you please do your own checks with your solicitors regarding EWS1and the fire safety documents required in the leaseholder packs you will find you are mistaken. Your second statement is also untrue, as we do sell properties and have sold properties in Birmingham with values of up to £2,200,000, so we certainly can sell! Unfortunately you were also rather irritated and short after recieving a phonecall. Whilst saying you were at work and not wanting to speak, you then decided to called me back to actual spend more time to complain about the first call? Followed by then immediately posting a 1 star review whilst at work? I am sure most people can read into this after looking at all of our other reviews of happy customers. Be kind... lockdown is getting everyone down.

GoogleThe entire team is very helpful. You can trust them with the quality of apartments they list. We booked the apartment without viewing from Canada, and it was lovely. We had requested few fixes and it was all done promptly. Definitely recommend.

GoogleThe property was dirty when moving in. I asked for it to be cleaned and they said it was not possible. I left the property cleaner when moving out but they insisted in charging a cleaning fee. They really are unprofessional and won't give the time of day to help you. Avoid at all costs.

My wife and I had a problem with the boiler and within 10 hours from reporting it was fixed. Special thanks should go to Cheryl who organised everything.

After residing in a Northwood-managed apartment for 1.5 years, I'd like to express my heartfelt appreciation to the entire Northwood team, with special recognition for Latha, Seb, and Alan. One of the standout features of my time with Northwood was the user-friendly maintenance reporting tool they provided. It made it easy to request assistance when needed. Furthermore, the Northwood team was consistently responsive to my requests and incredibly accommodating when it came to scheduling regular inspections and viewings. As a tenant preparing to move out, I initially had concerns about the possibility of unfair deductions from my deposit or the imposition of excessive cleaning fees, issues I had frequently heard about from others. However, when I received the move-out report, I was pleased to find that their comments were fair to both the landlord and tenant. When I received the final bills, I was pleasantly surprised to find them undeniably reasonable. Moreover, the deposit refund was promptly processed within a mere fortnight. I believe their effective communication and strong relationship with the landlord greatly contributed to this seamless process. Their efficiency didn't stop there; they also promptly updated my final meter reading with utility suppliers, enabling swift payment on my part. While I understand that such efforts are not obligatory, it's the dedication and commitment of the Northwood team to ensuring a smooth transition at the end of a tenancy that truly sets them apart. I am delighted to have had Northwood as my letting agent, as they have provided me with an outstanding rental experience.
