Sorry for your experience with Midland Housing, Unfortunately Midland Housing does not tolerate sourcing companies whom market our properties on their social media accounts without our permission.
Our properties are marketed on all major property portals and we have no agreement or contract with yourself to ensure if your clients take a property with ourself, if your client wants to take a property directly with ourself without paying a sourcing fee of £3500 then that is up to them as we have no agreement with yourself or your company. On another note we as a company are quite shocked that you have the audacity to charge a £3500 “sourcing fee” for a property that is firstly openly on the market and secondly not even a property under your control.
