GoogleAwful experience. My room had black mold. Didn't turn up to any of the support sessions while i Iived at the property. Half my belongings were missing on collection from there office. Over £100. Refusing to file complaint or compensation procedure. In contact with relevant authority's.

GoogleVery poor service, very slow staff, they ask to fill out a form and then they don't get in touch with you, it's just a trade in people's data. Do not waste your time, I advise you to search for a respectable real estate office instead of wasting time with this fraudulent company.

GoogleMidland housing were able to source a commercial property in weoley castle for me to purchase. The lettings department and management team are highly efficient at what they do. The entire Midland Housing team are very professional and I would highly recommend them to all.

GoogleWould not recommend. Take ages to getting back to you regarding repair jobs that need sorting. On going problems since I moved in. Now I've moved, they are taken the absolute mick with the deposit. Fail basic communication. Don't understand the concept of updating and call backs.

GoogleThe worse housing agency, they called me to come at 4:30 where there were other people looking for the house. Untrustworthy and messing about making you wait because they've got other customers. They lie a lot!! Disgusting what they do!

FacebookVery poor agent's they lie to keep you happy had work done one my service pipe by seven trent.. they agreed the work to be carried out , taken the bill down, phoned up a day or 2 later to be told it's been paid. I phoned seven trent after the phone call to be told nothing has been done. Very arrogant staff If I could give 0 stars I would
