Fantastic letting agency, highly recommend. Let with them in 1 bedroom apartment near Brindleyplace Birmingham... any problems I had with the flat repairs etc were very swiftly and quickly resolved. Ryan Beaumont in particular was the best and most helpful letting agency staff member I’ve come across having been renting around the area for 6 years or so, always kind, friendly and willing to go the extra mile!!!

GDPR breach I had Sami come to value my house - quite a pushy and patronising 'typical estate agent' experience so I was already put off. He then shared this valuation - without my knowledge - with a third party who he had no proof was connected to me in any way. I am horrified with his initial actions and also with the lack of responsibility taken and the further communication he provided. For example, he willingly disclosed that he had no intention of telling me he had shared the valuation (I found out through a revised link I was accidentally sent) and his follow up emails were very defensive and accusatory. This was a serious breach of confidentiality and falls foul of GDPR regulations. I would strongly suggest to avoid this business - it seems like when things go wrong they handle it very badly and I would hate for others to have a similar experience. I am sure he will try to discredit my review here as he has done with others but I do have proof and am taking the matter up with the relevant authorities as discussed with him before writing this review. Avoid please, there are far better and more experienced agents in the locality who have provided a much more professional service than this company.NegativeProfessionalism

The transaction collapsed with the first solicits however Sami recommended another firm who helped get this through.
