GoogleI got m new flat to rent from MECS lettings and was wery happy with fast work of agents. Mr Ryan Beaumont helped a lot, answered in all my questions and helped to sorted out all the things. Highly recommend this agency!

Thanks for the review, you were a great tenant and it was sad to see you leave. I am also sad to see this review. To explain to the readers what happened. Your notice was handed in mid month which meant you didn't hand it in on the correct date as per the contract, this meant you had an extra pro rata rent payment to be made We both agreed to take this from your deposit. There was one further deduction which was the broken window handle and some waste removal. I hope this clarifies our actions. I wish you the best.
