GoogleWe spent 3.5 years with MECS in a rented property in Harborne, Birmingham. The agency were always extremely responsive and friendly, and we enjoyed a positive relationship with them throughout our tenancy. Whenever any issues arose with the property, things were always resolved very quickly and effectively. We would (and do!) recommend MECS regularly.

GoogleDuring your stay they would act to be friendly. But when it’s time for your refund of deposit, they would deduct by applying lot of imaginary charges. Thy won’t even bother to talk to you over phone. Poor property with lot of leaking and damages. So, be aware of their outsided sweetness.

1. Poor property with lots of leaking - The roof did have a leak end of May when we had rainfall where a months worth of rain fell in hours. Harborne was on the national news for the amount of rain. The next day, our roofing contractor was sent to quote the job, however you denied him access as you said "its not leaking anymore" . 2. Imaginary charges? - We charged for cleaning the whole property, the property you lived in for a year, you left it in very poor condition. We also charged for removing the garden waste which you dumped on the front drive. After seeing the review I was very surprised as we had spoken with you and you had agreed to the charges. For then for you to then air them publicly to attempt to embarrass the business, disappointed as all this was agreed. Sometimes a 1* review is justified however on this occasion I feel you have written this out of spite as you've had some of your deposit held back for repairs.

GoogleSami & the team have been very professional during the whole property purchase process. A particular highlight: 'communication' - I can not fault this at all, as their communication has been extremely prompt and they have an 'always ready to help' approach; this is invaluable when making a purchase.

GoogleExcellent service from all MECS staff in getting our house sold at the top price. They were extremely helpful and patient and guided us throughout the whole process. They took incredible photos of our house, recommended us great solicitors. 5 Star Tailored Service throughout the whole process !!!

GoogleSami puts a lot of time and effort in to get the best sale he can. Nothing is too much trouble, he's very open and upfront and a pleasure to work with. I also found the lettings team to be very helpful in the past. Excellent service overall.

GoogleI would recommend MECS and Sami to anyone. I had to sell a flat in Harborne while living in London. Sami gave good sensible advice and helped with clearing and cleaning as well as seeing me through the sale. An excellent service all round.
