GoogleI have recently sold my rental property with MECS. The whole process was very easy and stress free. Sami and his staff have been helpful and professional. They take time to listen to concerns and requirements and they appear to genuinely care. They have dealt with everything in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend their services for both sales and rentals. I have used services in both of these areas and would do so again. This company is better than others I have used by a country mile !

Hello, we tried to call you since this morning at 9am to cancel the appointment. We left you a voicemail this morning to cancel the appointment. You called back hours after and asked what the call was about, you clearly don't listen to voicemails. Then when my staff explained the situation you started swearing and shouting as us because the house had gone. If you listen to your voicemails you would probably not have wasted your day or your money. I get it your not happy with missing out on a house, however you need to appreciate there are 100's of tenants who are in the same boat as you. Secondly, considering your attitude, we have swerved a bullet with you.

GoogleI recently sold a house in West Heath via MECS and was delighted by the professional service they provided. Moving house is never easy at the best of times but I found Sami Mubarak to be very knowledgeable and always offered sound advice when needed, all at a very reasonable price.
I originally (after my own market research) wanted to put my house up for significantly less than what Sami recommended. But I decided to trust his expertese and within the first few days I had sold my house for the asking price (25k more than I thought) Sami basically just made me a whole lot richer.
SAMI and the team at MECS are a dream to work with. Very reliable, very professional and I will definitely be using them again.
I cannot thank MECS enough for making the whole process of selling my house very satisfying.
