GoogleMECS have a done a great job both managing the rental, and then the subsequent sale off a property on my behalf. They achieved a rental higher than the asking price! and also managed to coordinate the sale process to take less than 2 months. Sami, and team managed all aspects of the process, from buyers solicitors, our solicitors through to purchaser requests, and was the motive energy in the transaction. would highly recommend - thanks MECS

GoogleThis agent is the worst, rude, useless, unhelpful, unprofessional combination you can get if using them. I have been renting with them for over a year and on numerous times i have experienced bad attitudes. They have been entering the property without my permission to show around, laughing when asked why are they in without permission. This Sami guy who runs the agency is extremely rude and unprofessional as well. Advice from me: any other agent seems to be better than them.
Svilen. Thanks for this inaccurate review. We had no issues for your whole tenancy. However something changed in March this year. The landlord decided to sell. We asked you if you wanted to purchase and you agreed (at a discounted rate) 3 months later you still hadn’t sorted out your purchase. So we decided to list the property on the public market. Once that happened you decided to become aggressive towards mecs. When we questioned this you just said “you are direct” we accepted this and moved on. Then it came to holding viewings, which was agreed around your schedule so you could be around for viewings. So you could monitor us. We erected a for sale sign and you then sent another aggressive email asking why we entered your home, which we hadn’t , so I confirmed that with you We found a buyer, so we sent you a s21 notice for eviction (very normal process) The buyers asked for second viewing, which we confirmed with you, then on the viewing date you decided to change your mind and you were aggressive to our staff at the door, although you had agreed for access A normal relationship deteriorated in three months because a landlord tried to sell their home. No one is rude at mecs and we are just doing our job. Sometimes it doesn’t always work out in your favour and as the landlord wanted to sell and you didn’t want to purchase you have to leave. Trying to deformate mecs for selling your landlords property is sabotage and we do not accept your accusations and I hope customers read the response so they can see the other side of the situation.

GoogleWHAT AN ABSOLUTE WASTE OF TIME! Shocking Service, unknowledgeable staff and love wasting your time by increasing prices because they feel like it. They don't know if the property's are still available or not. Keep blaming things on the landlord and vice versa. Uploaded the wrong property and they talk about their business is transparent, very surprised these are still in business with the unprofessional work they are providing. The landlord put in an offer which we ended up accepting, then stated that the landlord is not accepting the offer he provided and wants more money. Their response after this was "not high enough". I ended up talking to the worker who has said both premises have gone and then receiving a phone call the next day from Sami stating "He will let me know by Wednesday 24th May", as you are aware by now that did not happen as their communication skills at MECS are absolutely shocking to say the least.

Regarding the property you were interested in, another party did make an offer before you, which was accepted. Unfortunately, this is something outside of our control, as properties can move quickly in the current market. At the time of your viewing, both units were available, but one was rented prior to your visit, which we informed you about. We also made sure to clarify the pricing difference between the remaining units. As an agent, we rely on landlords to keep us updated, and there are times when changes occur without our immediate knowledge. Sami did call you to discuss the situation and he hoped we had resolved it at that time. We always strive to provide the best service possible, and I appreciate your understanding. GoogleMECs have been a brilliant letting agent for my house in harborne over the last 7 years. They then did a great job selling the house for me. My house sold quickly and Sami and his colleagues were really helpful in moving the process forward as fast as possible. I couldn’t have asked for a quicker and easier process. They always respond to queries quickly and are efficient and organised. I would thoroughly recommend them for both lettings and sales.

GoogleMECS were great throughout the sale of our property (a 2-bed flat), especially during a pretty difficult time of mortgage rates rising, uncertainty amongst potential buyers, etc. They brought a decent number of people through the door, persevered through a couple of buyers who (due to those mortgage rate issues) had to drop out, then persevered and indeed pushed the process through to completion. The whole MECS team were involved, and we'd happily use them again (Source : allAgents)

GoogleI first came across MECS on a viewing for a sales property which I was purchasing to rent out. The way that Sami handled the viewing and the process of purchasing it, I knew that he would make a great letting agent. Over the next few months, I transferred all of my family rental properties to MECS. They went into the nitty gritty and managed to get correct planning approval for my portfolio which essentially made me compliant with the planning law, allowed me to rent the properties for higher rental yields and finally and most importantly, this increased the overall value of the houses significantly; something which the other agent fell short of. I am really pleased that I met Sami, as he has gone to an enormous amount of trouble to sort out my portfolio and getting the correct planning use: one of which took more than 12 months. So if you're trying to find an agent to help with sales or rentals, I would highly recommend giving MECS a chance.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
