Bad customer service and rude. I let out a house with mecs . The tenants complained that Sami was very aggressive when asking them if paperwork had been signed and when deposit would be paid. I had to wait weeks for my copy of the tenancy agreement. Mecs managed the property for me. I had to keep asking Sami when the rent would be paid into my account each month to remind him. Very unprofessional.

MECS managed my rental property for 10 years and were always fantastic - honest, quick with repairs and finances and completely on the ball. I trusted them completely. When they sold the property for me, again the service was beyond excellent. Sami really knows the market, it sold rapidly with lots of offers and we got more than expected. Met with sami and was introduced to Sophie aswell. Both very kind and welcoming. Sami took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly and made the whole process a lot more smooth and less stressful for us as it was our first time being a landlord. Would 110% recommend them to anyone regardless if they're landlords or trying to find a property. Make sure you go to MECS if you want the best you can get.

This agrency completely try to cover there mistakes , mecs called me in the morning 10:13 am and i conformed I am coming for viewing at 15:30pm , then they called me 12:38 pm I am busy I didn’t pick the call and I call back at 13:35 pm and they said they gone a call back and they call back at 13:37pm and they said they are cancelling and how shameless they are and they replied to my review that they are tried to say from the morning, useless staff ever and very rude when they are talking useless stuff, they don’t even know how to talk with customers worest staff ever .
