We had 48 viewings in 2 days and received several offers over the asking price. The photos were quality and their mortgage broker was awesome! I was initially a bit nervous about going with Martin & Co due to previous ratings but Nathan and Jazz at Harborne have been fantastic. Nathan conducted my viewing and he was really friendly and professional. I’ve met some letting agents where it feels really uncomfortable during the viewing but he was very approachable and took the time to answer all my questions. He got my application to rent sorted really swiftly, and nothing was a problem. Jazz has also been excellent, and has sorted all elements of the renting process really quickly. I haven’t had to wait for anything, I’ve received swift replies and updates, and the whole process feels very transparent. And every time I’ve phoned I’ve managed to get through to someone straight away! Really pleased with how the process has gone - I’ve had bad experiences with other agents in the past but this has been a really positive one thus far. Thanks both!
