Google!!LANDLORDS BEWARE!! I only give the one star as Google does not allow me to give them less. The staff at this branch and their management are incredibly incompetent, rude and show very little common sense. Their property management team shows no initiative as they are not proactive in getting any issues that arise sorted in what would be a reasonable time frame. They seem to have more than the average businesses problems with their email systems. Which result in appointment emails not being sent, and things that should be for the 'Landlord only' being sent to the tenants as well. Whilst on the subject of communication problems, both Deepa and her Property Management Team Leader Marie appear to struggle with basic comprehension of the English language. Despite them speaking English fluently, they will often take several minutes explaining the same thing before they will admit any failings. Further to this and even more frustratingly, Marie has a tendency to try and use verbal acrobatics - leaping from one alternative fact to the next to defend the failings of her team. In short, you are better off going elsewhere if you are looking for professionalism, competence and reliability.
