I booked a flat while i was abroad and when i came back i saw a double bed with king mattress! The carpets in the rooms are F I L T H Y., the desk in the room is broken. I am 12 days in the flat and the fridge is not working ! 12 DAYS! I call every single day and they dont do nothing! My letter box has a code, from the first day i was asked for the code and i am still waiting (i explained them that i am student and in the letter box is a letter from the student financial and if i dont sign it, i will drop out) and every single day i hear the same excuses we will call you back and guess what? They never call back. They are the most unprofessional company that i have ever see! Please be careful from this company!
