Appaling service

I would like to express my disappointment with this company, especially an agent called Dan! I called in to express my interest to view and highly likely to buy the property, I made my intentions very clear over the phone. I was informed that I cannot view it due to some issues with the tenants. Again I reiterated my intentions and I was reassured that I would get a call back when the property is available for viewings. A few weeks later I discovered that this property was sold, no contact was made by the agent! Appalling service!

I've really enjoyed working with Damien in the sales team. He really listens, cares and makes sure your first on the list whenever a new property comes to market that suits your needs. He puts the time and effort in to call you and discuss the property instead of firing generic emails out like other agents do. Highly recommend

I cannot recommend this Agency highly enough. I rang to request property details and was offered a viewing on the same day, even during the current COVID-19 situation. Luis dealt with us courteously and with a high level of professionalism without ever seeming 'cold' or abrupt. He went out of his way to make the laborious process of finding a new home as stress free as it could be, and was extremely patient when we bombarded him with questions! Let people in MY HOUSE WITHOUT MY CONSENT - I arrive home and wake up with people in my home and the letting agent is talking non sense to me on the phone trying to say this is okay. Who knows who else they let into the house? This is will probably happen to you as well, please avoid it if you can

Not good experience I view a flat and I told the lady am interested .she said I will email u the form when I get to the office , which she did..and was call later in the day that I get the flat . after 5 mis was call again, that the landlord said if I can pay 625£ someone offer to pay 625£and I said no it 600£ I can offer I was told I will be call back which she naver did am not pleased with Martin and co.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!! This is by far the worse company ever. Me and my husband have had the worst experience with these people. They are basically a bunch of glorified scam artists. We have been renting an apartment in Metalworks (Jewellery Quarter) and it’s the seventh month of our tenancy and we’ve had ongoing issues since we’ve moved in. The issues are as follows.1. The apartment is apparently ‘furnished’ but the furniture is of such poor quality. The landlord gave us mattresses that were either really old or of poor quality. We could literally feel the springs of the mattress stabbing into our body when we slept their the first night. She refuses to replace the mattress.2. The property has all sorts of issues like damp in various places, which Martin and co refused to fix at the start which then formed to a leaking ceiling and then mould. Absolutely disgusting and appalling that they expect us to live here. Please note it’s the SEVENTH MONTH here and this issue is STILL NOT FIXED.3. We haven’t had hot water for over 2 weeks. This issue has been on and off for months to be honest. They’ve sent an engineer round and it’s taken 7 attempts and it’s still not fixed.The damp and mould is the main serious issue which has caused my husband’s health to deteriorate really badly to the point that he has now developed severe asthma and is unwell so many days. He’s had so many asthma attacks to the point we’re contemplating to live with family members temporarily, just to get his breathing and health back on track.The scam artists of Martin and co work ridiculously slow and only work in the landlord’s favour. They simply do not care about the tenants even if the situation is detrimental to the tenant’s health. They don’t even let you contact the landlord to address your issues. We’ve requested that our tenancy is ended early but now they are demanding an early exit fee. They’re literally forcing us to stay in this appalling apartment while we’re facing so many issues effecting our health and causing us so much mental distress. For your own sanity avoid this company!!!!!

Brad just did a virtual property…

Brad just did a virtual property inspection with me and he was really professional and polite throughout. He asked me if there were any issues with the apartment and took a careful note. When we first moved into the flat 11months ago, we noticed that there was one problematic tenant in the building who has since moved out. Going forwards I would recommend doing really thorough background checks on all potential new tenants. Otherwise the rest of the tenants in the building have been a dream to live with!

So today I had popped into Martin & co for two reason one because there helping people who dont have printers at home so can print important documents, kids school work etc. The second one was about there services and if they had anything that fitted my searching for property. As about to gain entrance to the building a very well polite respectful young man called Oscar Hubball greeted me with his help and could see the friendly calm approach he had absolute god send and if hes as good as he was then I'm sure they all pretty much the same good people in there offices.
