GoogleAvoid using this agency EXTREAMLY arrogant team in Harborne. They have knowingly allowed one of their landlords to let human waste and showers 🚿 run through the streets and told me to go ahead an get an enforcement report off Severn Trent to stop it seeping into My property basically if you have an issue they won't carry out repairs. This Harborne team are extremely unhelpful

Firstly, the rental side of the organisation offer a relaxed approach to the collection of rent. Stating 'this tenant is different and will pay at some point' is unhelpful. The extent of chasing missed rent remained at written communication (text/email) and phone calls. Acknowledging the date of receiving rent is a roulette and (I am assured) it will happen, just unsure what date. Secondly, one member of staff, in particular, presented rude, intimidating and harassing behaviour towards me over the phone. This is unacceptable and placed me in a desperate position where I did not know which way to turn.

There are a bad experience on the phone call when I called back to change the viewing time. Original time is 18:00, your staff called me to change 17:45. When I on the way, traffic jammed on 17:10. I called to your office to chance back to 18:00. But still received the SMS confirmed is 17:45. I confused and called back again but no body pick up the phone on 17:30. I try again on 17:43 and your staff said please waiting 17 mins till to your staff attend. I just want to double confirm the time is already changed to 18:00 not to chase the staff to view house immediately.
