GoogleI was a tenant with Martin and Co for about 9 months. Overall, they were quiet unreliable and do not take care of tenants very well. If you raise a complaint about something they tend to ignore it. They did improve towards the end, but they can do with improving the service for tenants and taking an interest in the concerns.

If Zero stars could be given this company is a scam artist Charging £170 for a property clean for a cobweb charging for light bulbs when the ast states this can not be charged a tenant had left curtains previously which was asked by myself to remove permission was granted now trying to charge £120 for curtains that were not even the landlords or worth £10 left me with a leak for over 12 months still not fixed to this date, £240 for freezer drawers which was wear and tear currently going through DPS avoid avoid avoid SCAM ARTIST
