GoogleVery poor customer care. Treating everyone as fraud. Very rude and unprofessional. Arranging viewing the property by themselves and using their spare keys, be careful they are entering the property without current tenants. Finally they locked the property with ERC - extra lock after viewing. Current tenant homeless overnight on the streets under freezing conditions. Please aware this is from Harborne branch

GoogleWe have worked as a contractor covering repair work, for Martin & Co for the last 12 months. We have always found that they run a very professional business. Debbie Harper who is our point of contact, just couldn't be more helpful she always makes sure we are kept informed regarding the jobs we are doing and relays any information from the landlords on to us. I couldn't recommend this company more highly.
