They were extremely helpful, going above and beyond what we expected. We were impressed with their service and would highly recommend Leaders when looking to buy or sell. Libbi has been nothing but brilliant from the get go making sure my property was taken care of and put up for rent so swiftly. GoogleThis review is for Mahema Sultana - Mahema looks after my 2 properties in Redditch (and she looks after me too!!). She is fast and thorough and always keep me up to date with what is happening; and responds quickly when I have questions or contact her. I also respect the fact that she can 'apologise' and be honest when something has slipped, I appreciate that very much. If all Leaders reps are as good as Mahema the company will do very well.

GoogleCompleted on a property sale this week. From the first valuation visit by Mark to completion, everything went very smoothly. Robin conducted all the viewings and kept us informed and provided feedback regularly. The online portal is excellent and updated with every development. The house sold very quickly. Once sold, we were introduced to Sue - the move manager - who continued the excellent service already received. She is an expert in the post sale matters and liaised with both our solicitors and the buyers solicitor - invaluable, if like us, you aren’t familiar with property sales. The fees are also competitive. Thanks to all at Leaders - we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services. Don’t believe anyone who says Estate Agents do nothing !!

GoogleGorge has been excellent while dealing with the eviction of my tenants. I found my own tenants who unfortunately caused me many sleepless nights. I asked leaders to take over the property management. Gorge replied to my emails and phone calls very quickly. He also dealt with this horrible situation professionally and to a high standard. The representative of Leaders Libbi Bowes, sought to ensure speedy service to myself, enabling me to complete applications with optimum speed to secure my tenancy. Libbi has been quite responsive, informative, helpful and patient while I asked questions regarding my applications I was unsure of. I have now secured a tenancy which was all done within 8 hours of my initial phone call after passing all the relevant checks. I would also like to thank Leaders for the Gift Box of goodies I received upon collection of the keys. I would highly recommend Leaders as a number one choice of estate agents. GoogleI have just completed today. I am a first time buyer and Leaders have been amazing. The service has been great from start to finish. We had so many questions and uncertainties about the process and they answered all of them and put myself at ease. I could email or call and would receive a reply under an hour every single time. Throughout COVID19 they have been so helpful and made sure everything was still progressing as the property was empty. Mark has been especially good, he made a lot of contact to the seller for me which he really didn’t need to, as it was more of the solicitors end, but he wanted to help and really get things completed as quick as possible. GoogleFor the second time within two years, we are forced to raise a dispute as tenants. Once because we had a rogue landlord, and now probably because we are just young. This time we are charged 217 pounds for 'light cleaning' of a 3 bedroom house, with every area requiring cleaning, even though we have hired a professional cleaner before our tenancy end date. We even been told by the check out inspector from the agency that she saw nothing wrong at the time of check out. The landlord seems to have not endorsed these fees and it's been a month since the move out. They are most likely just trying to get anything they can at this point, probably will serve a receipt for work that wasn't even done by them to the dispute resolution. There is just no good reason to trust any agent at this point. Stay vigilant at check in and take your own pictures always.

GoogleRobin has been very helpful throughout the whole process.Whenever our solicitors or sellers solicitors were not progressing,we always gave Robin a call and then we would have an update very soon.However,I would suggest that they gain as much information as possible if they could(I do know sometimes sellers don’t want to give more detailed information).Anyway,we are so pleased that everything is sorted now.
