Leaders are so far one of the best lettings agent I've come across. Natasha Delaney (lovely woman) has been great at working with me in going through the application steps of renting an apartment. I recently had an issue where I had no heating or hot water in my flat. I called Leaders and a woman answered and told me to leave it with her. I can't remember her name, but she did a great job in getting the process started to resolve the issue. I also spoke to Property managers George Simpson and Lee Wood, who were also very quick in speaking to the landlord and arranging for the boiler to be fixed. The issue was resolved fairly quickly. My first contact was Mark, we hit it off straight away, and from then on I knew Leaders were for me I didn't look to any other estate agent Mark put my mind at ease took photos, gave me a lot of advice in terms of pitching the price , some I didn't listen too . The whole team at Leaders were fantastic throughout our buying process. There were a few obstacles along the way, but having the help of movers manager Sue Carter was great. Sue kept us in the loop the whole time and constantly pushed to ensure the process was as quick and smooth as possible for both sides. The team at Leaders were excellent from the beginning. Very friendly and assisted us with any issues that came up. During the purchase of our property they were always in contact to update on new information needed or if they had to provided guidance. We had some issues right at the end and they were always at hand to help smooth out any problems. We also appreciated the help to keep the ball rolling, they kept in contact to make sure any documents were not going missing and this helped the process flowing.
