Moved into my first property that me and my partner bought together after a nightmare of a time from putting offer in at october time and not completing the buy until April 2017 which was no fault of the estate agents was sellers solicitors fault for not commuicating. Shante was such a great help she was chasing both solictors and constantly emailing and commuicated with me 24/7, everyone in the office knew me by the end as they were all chasing and trying to get it sorted and in the end they helped us get out first home and we love it after living here nearly 2 years i still cant thank the staff enough for going above and beyond! Shante is such a lovely woman who done more than her jobs worth to get us in our first home and i am so grateful for that!x thanks again Olivia Powell

I would give an overall score of 4 for Leaders however the branch manager Daniel Kaye at Leaders would be a 5. He was absolutely amazing in helping to ensure my sale went through despite many difficulties that kept cropping up. Daniel is highly professional and was on hand at any time of the day to answer my calls and support me with any help I needed. I would highly recommended his service - he really impressed me. A huge thankyou again Daniel!

Tara at the cotteridge branch handled my move and was an absolute star. Nothing was too much trouble and everybody I dealt with was friendly, professional and incredibly helpful. On moving day there was a genuine mix up with my key pick up, and Tara went above and beyond by driving across the city for me right there and then so I wouldn't miss my virgin media installation. Two hours later I was sat in my new front room eating sausage, beans and chips! Sausage. Beans. Chips....heaven!

Cannot fault Leaders. Found our ideal home online and rushed in on a Saturday morning. Met Claire who gave us all details. Viewings weren't officially available til Monday but she could see our enthusiasm so got in touch with owner, despite being overseas, to consent to a view that day. Paperwork straight forward and sorted same day and after red tape, we were in within 2 weeks. As the agents, always on the ball with gas servicing. On contract renewal, Karen was so helpful to make sure it went through without a hitch. Thankyou so much!!

We have recently exchanged and completed on the sale of a property. This sale has been going on since last July and for various reasons (too many to mention!) the whole process has been incredibly stressful! However, the service we have received from Shante has been absolutely fantastic, she has liaised with us every step of the way to keep us up to date with correspondence between herself, the buyer and his solicitors (5 in total!). She has always got back to us when she said she would and is lovely to speak to on the phone. It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with her and without her perseverance we may not have got to where we are today - she is a credit to the company.

Overall my experience with Leaders was very good, I’d like to mention Sue Carter in particular who helped navigate a very protracted and drawn out purchase. She continually chased solicitors on both sides and kept me up to date via email and phone, she was always professional and friendly, not matter how frustrating and stressful the process became! In fact it was Sue who was able to eventually push through completion. A big thank you. Following completion, I emailed to see if the agents had any information regarding electricity meters and unfortunately I was ignored, I did not receive a response to my email. The sold sign has still not been removed from outside my property and we are more than 8 weeks post completion. For these reasons I have given 4 stars rather than 5.
