GoogleWe came to Leaders to help us find a house to rent and the deal they gave us for a 3bedroom house with their no deposit option was just unbeatable. Chelsea was so professional by providing us with all the information we needed as well as promptly responding to all our email enquiries, paperwork and documentations. In fact she made everything so easy and seamless. She's such a genius. Would surely recommend Leaders.

GoogleI have been a tenant at a property managed by Leaders for a while now. The service is always professional, accommodating, and friendly. When the shower needed replacing recently (and there were subsequent delays with a contractor), my Property Manager Aimee managed the process well through regular and clear prompt communication, perseverance in discussions with contractors and the landlord, and all round excellent customer service.

GoogleThe whole team at Leaders were brilliant throughout me selling my flat. I had a few issues along the way but Sue was amazing she kept me up to date the whole time and I wouldn't have completed before Christmas if it hadn't been fo Sue. GoogleI’m Due to rent a wonderful property from Leaders, they very were prompt to give me a booking date to view. I got a response the following day that we had been accepted. Emails have been fast and flowing to keep me up-to-date with my progress on the letting agreed. Amy Smith has been really good with any answers to our queries as I have never rented before. GoogleI had a great experience with Leaders when I chose them to sell my property in Stirchley. I believe Claire particularly is a great saleswoman, for starter she managed to convince me to go with their agency even though I had attractive offers from other agencies which I already knew personally... They sold the house at a good price in less than a week! Appreciated also Sue support during the sale process. Very much recommended.

GoogleIf I could put zero stars, I would. From being made to pay rent for a full month when I moved in on the 11th, to lies about damages that was caused by leaking roof and people who did repairs. Contract saying landlord was responsible for bills and the agent signing me up to pay the electricity bill..I am glad moved out when I did. I feel sorry for their future victims

GoogleThanks to Leaders, especially Libbi, who have just rented out a flat in Kings Norton forus. Following a previous tenancy (using other rental agents) Libbi arranged for the flat to be decorated and cleaned throughout and then found us a tenant very quickly. Excellent service and particular thanks to Libbi who has been brilliant.
