GoogleFrom our initial visit for valuation of our house, the team looked after us and sold our property very quickly. Nothing was too much trouble for them especially Mark and Damon and didn't get frustrated at our numerous phone calls. Sue in after sales was amazing! She was calming, friendly and kept us up to date with every step of the sale. I would 100% recommend Leaders.

Both Mark & Robin were excellent in helping to guide the Sale in the right direction & select the best option of Buyer for us! Once the offer was accepted Sue took over the management of the Sale to completion. Sue was outstanding in helping to draw a challenging sale at times to a close! Her professionalism, communication & commitment was outstanding. She really helped to resolve challenges along the way & guide and inform us on next steps. Thank you Sue for your excellent support! From the initial viewing with Claire and her support and guidance through the next steps through to Sue who went above and beyond working way later than anyone should be to help ensure everyone was happy throughout the process. GoogleHad a much better experience with Leaders than other estate agents. So many others just turn up (late) and just let you in and don't really do much. Claire listened to our needs and recommended the place I just bought and that the whole family loves. Also, as a first time buyer who doesn't like conflict, Sue was fantastic for leading me through what had to be done and for chasing up all the solicitors. Both are also decent people that you can talk to. It might sound silly, but we're so glad Leaders are getting the commission and not somewhere else.

GoogleI recently purchased my first home through Leaders and found the whole process streamlined and efficient. Sue Carter was appointed as my liaison, and I was constantly reassured and at ease by her friendly and helpful nature. She always had time to answer my questions, however ridiculous, and whenever she didn't feel in the best position to help, she found someone who could. An example of this was referring me to her colleague Mark Kelsall regarding survey findings. Without any prompting from me, Mark spoke to the vendors and arranged further investigations and then took the time to visit the property with me and to discuss the results of the tests. I found the experience with Leaders Kings Norton personal...I wasn't just treated like an opportunity to sell, but as a person. I felt they really appreciated my apprehensions as a first time buyer.

GoogleThank you so much for an absolutely excellent service all round. All staff were great and always at hand when needed. A big shout out to Claire. Claire was the reason why we decided to go with Leaders. Professional from the off set compared to the other three estate agents we spoke to on that initial first day we decided to sell Mum's house. Leaders were the most expensive by far but the initial impression Claire gave really instilled a level of confidence in me. This confidence and high level of support was most certainly carried through the whole of the process from sale to completion, and it was a pleasure to do business with you. Thank you Leaders and especially a very big shout out to Claire and Damon for a consistent, excellent, service, attention to detail and for all the professionalism shown.

GoogleWe were first introduced to Leaders and Claire when they sold my mom’s house after she had struggled with other estate agents. They sold the house within no time and my mom was very happy with the service so when it came to sell ours we went straight to Claire. Our house was sold stc within 2 weeks of it first being advertised! Claire was very efficient, friendly and is very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Leaders and Claire to anyone.

GoogleUsed leaders for around 5 years as both letting agents and sales agents. They were great for the most part and definitely superior to others I've used in the area. They were especially great during a 6 month period when we renovated a house whilst out of the country - they helped ensure this entire process was very smooth and organised all contractors etc. on our behalf. However, there have also been a couple of instances where they dropped the ball, including not noticing my tenants were breaking several conditions of their lease and also sending out incorrect paperwork several times in a row (with critically important information incorrect). Overall though I would use them again, they are easy to communicate with (in particular Claire is great to deal with) and get the job done.

GoogleThe worse agency experience ever. From beginning very careless. They gave us keys to rented home without showing us around. House was poor condition not as it was shown us on video. After many many emails reporting issues only very few was sorted. Big issues was delayed up to 8 months. Contract build to hard to understand and it came up mainly with rights for agency and landlord. Total discrimination of tenants rights. Aimee our house agent also very hard to catch up, never available eighter on annual leave 500 times a year or other things (leaving open cases unfinished and don't bother to pass any details to colleagues so they can finish it) Maybe I wouldn't mind but when u pay rent and bills on time they should care a little bit. So absolutely terrible experience Never ever again.
