I was about to get into a contract with them, however due to one of their colleagues inactive approach I was unable to proceed and had to renew my tenancy elsewhere. While I spoke to them about getting a refund on my holding deposit that too took sometime for them to get back to me, but Yasmin Hall who is another employee there got involved in my case and helped me with a resolution within 2 days, and I received my refund soon after. So thank you Yasmin for your service and help.

Thanks to Stella Xydias for showing me around multiple apartment plots at Equipoint to help me decide my first ever home. She was super friendly, kind and most importantly honest with what she thought about the apartment building. I wanted to view a second time (just to be sure) but unfortunately Stella was unavailable, however she managed to organise a viewing with her colleage Christiana Plati and Christiana was so responsive, helpful and pleased to answer any questions I had. I have owned a property next to Roxborough House on the Warwick Road in Olton, Centrick manage these grounds. I first made my initial concerns to Centrick Estate agents in Solihull as I live close by. My concerns were passed on pre Covid. But I heard nothing, so I went back to the same Centrick Estate agent and raised my concerns again of their encroaching trees onto MY property. The staff there were very helpful and they sent my photos to Sophie at Centricks head office in the city centre of Birmingham. It was September 15th 2021 I was finally contacted by Sophie, and was told on the 6th October 2021 that Sophie had emailed her tree surgeon, and asked for him to meet on site to discuss. Now here we are today, and I have been asked to email my concerns, nothing more than a delaying tactic!!! I believe that Sophie had recently taken over the management of the site, as mentioned in Sophies text to me of 6th October 2021. There has been NO contentious texts between us, just lack of Management by Sophie at Centrick Management

I just want to say a HUGE thank you to Hollie/ Holly in the Birmingham office. She is an absolute asset to the entire team at Centrick, and honestly went above and beyond in her customer service towards me. She was incredibly helpful and attentive towards me, and others that came into the office. The vibe I got from her made me feel so welcomed and relaxed. We experienced damage to the exterior…

We experienced damage to the exterior roof resulting in rain water leaking through into the flat. Significant damage has occurred identified in multiple areas within our flat. The Senior Property manager for Centrick, Holly, acknowledged our concern in the very first instance and requested independent contractors to review the issue and advise remedial action. In addition to this she was dealing with original developers, complaints teams and insurers who were all engaged. This process took months prior to having repair work done as throughout the issue one team passed responsibility onto another or just went silent. Holly continually progressed the issue for us always offering support and exploring alternate avenues for remedial action. Eventually after months of continued efforts and via use of independently sourced contractors by Holly repair work was at last completed externally of the property. This has been a significant concern for us throughout so for external repair finally to be completed is very pleasing to see. Holly has been wholly approachable throughout, professional and friendly too and invaluable in getting this resolved. Thank you Holly for all of the hoops you had to go through on our behalf to get this issue sorted, we are truely grateful for your assistance.

I needed to get up to date copies of some things. Spoke to Amin Nazir. He was extremely efficient, helpful, followed through, sorted what i needed fast. In addition polite and friendly.This was a welcome change cos in the past (with exeption of Lou Rillie) Centrick has been awful to deal with - emails unanswered for weeks, promises broken. Ladies and gentlemen please be careful out there as after BRAM, FIRST PORT it is now Centrick property management. There is always an innocent face being used as a property manager to calm people down which gives the landlord (BDW trading limited and E & J estates) and new management time to clear funds as service charges or maintenance charges and then another management takes over. I would advise you not to buy any properties ( flats or houses) with these companies because when it comes to real life issues, nobody helps you but yeah they need their maintenance charges on time or otherwise they will take you to court. That's the reality of the new build flats and homes. Thanks

Centrick Brimingham have managed my apartment letting since 2014 and it has been a troublefree experience. They made every effort to find tenants during the pandemic and my apartment has been occupied for most of the time. They are always willing to help to solve any issues and mostly sorted within a day. Special mention to Harjit Kaur, Lettings Team Lead at Birmingham. Very very helpful, works superfast and proactive. Harjit helped me resolve an issue with the Council Tax payments summons last week. Had a great experience with Cara in Centrick Nottingham. Everything was made simple and easy, and was able to do everything remotely (huge plus for me, since I didn’t live where I was moving to).Picking up the keys was a simple process, and the flat looked exactly as they’d said when I moved.I struggled with communication with Centrick in the intermediary period between signing my tenancy agreement and picking up my keys, but generally I didn’t have anything particularly important to ask anyway.Altogether was a positive experience, and I’m very happy with my new apartment.

I was initially sent a list of costs including cleaning and damage costs after my check-out, but I was asked to review it. I explained about how I arranged the cleaning before moving out and asked if the damage costs were made by me. After further investigations, the Centrick removed all the costs. I usually sparkle clean my place before moving out. They always accommodated my needs during my tenancy agreement and I am happy renting from them. I recommend this nice team for rent.Hayley was my managing agent and she was always polite and helpful. I appreciate her work.

Wonderful Jupiter 4 Team

Jupiter Phase 4 is managed by a wonderful team. Richard Douzjian has always been accommodating, reassuring and a very dependable Estate Manager. Despite the series of lockdowns and social distancing restrictions, he was always there for us personally making sure everything is working as it should be, issues sorted, always kept us posted, and encourages to bring our community together online. Simon is always around the building working on the day-to-day maintenance, checks and repairs. He is always approachable, diligent and helpful. Justyna is always on the clock making sure our communal areas are continually spick-and-span and smelling lovely. We are blessed to have them working with us and are hopeful they will continue to do so.

Our onsite Centrick team at Jupiter phase 4 (Richard Douzjian, Simon and Justyna) have been excellent from day 1 and represent a huge improvement on our previous management company.Richard is responsive, helpful and extremely knowledgeable in his role as estate manager. He always listens to feedback given by leaseholders and tenants, and does a superb job of actioning and escalating any issues.Simon and Justyna, our caretaker and cleaner, go above and beyond to ensure that the development is well-maintained and the quality of their work far exceeds that of previous contractors. Having a consistent team of onsite staff has vastly improved the speed at which repairs and improvements get made.The only downside is that the centralized Centrick team, particularly finance, can be slow or unhelpful when responding to queries.

Centrick, professional Property Managers

Centrick is professional Property Managers. During my tenancy period, I was comfortable as they resolve any issues asap. I received a clean flat with all needs and I returned it as I received. Kiran Shokar the property manager was always making sure that everything is fine. Despite one event where I was not satisfied because of miscommunication with other staff. Everything was totally amazing. I have moved to another apartment but the condition in compare with Centrick managed was totally different. I wish there was an option to be with them but I was unlucky to find suitable apartment at the time of my move.
