Keep up God Work

I have recently been looking for properties to relocate for work. When I called Centrick to arrange a viewing for a property I was met by an agent called Quentin. He was very helpful and professional in every step of the process, from viewings all the way to submitting an application. He ensured all my questions were answered thoroughly and were happy for me to contact him if I had any problems. I honestly believe Quentin is an outstanding member and would highly recommend anyone looking for a property to call up.

Really not impressed with Centricks…

Really not impressed with Centricks performance overall hence the 1 star review however I would give Hayley Mears the Conceirge at VP in Ashford a 5 star review all day long. Hayley is always professional, courteous and generally goes the extra mile with no problem being too challenging. She is a real asset to Centrick.

Appalling Management Service

Since Centrick to over managing our building things are getting worse. No security due to broken door entering the building, broken lifts, antisocial behaviour these are just a few of the issues faced by residents. They not seem to care that residents are suffering. There is lack of communications. They seem happy to take my money but apparently no money to fix anything. They are worst management company that I have come across.

Everything was good Except the company goodlord who kept on calling etc to get me to use them to set everything up but the cost was too much Eg internet they wanyed £35 amonth which is alot for just broadband so i stayed with company i was already using and saved my self £15 amonth Otherwise a good experience

I had a very positive experience with lettings agent Quentin Lee. The rental market has been particularly tough for tenants over the summer, and I've had a hard time even getting other agents to reply! I was fortunate enough to get a viewing booked with Quentin Lee, and his professionalism and responsiveness during this extremely busy season has been great! Quentin was courteous and helpful throughout. The only reason I have given 4 stars is due to the difficulty of getting through to Centrick on the phone to start with.

Great experience with Mr. Quentin

Mr. Quentin has been of great help while researching and viewing properties managed by Centrick. His knowledge and passion for what he does have helped and motivated me to view and get the right property for me. Their phone line is always available and, although it may take a while for them to pick up the call, they will help you out sorting any issue that arises.Overall, I would recommend Centrick to a friend or family member thanks to their nice manners as well as the nice array of properties they provide.

One of the worst, most dishonest companies I've ever dealt with

Awful property management company. They take no responsibility, make excuses all the time, they are constantly cutting corners avoiding spending money on proper on maintenance, leaving the building we live in looking awful and run down and creating more problems.

Absolute joke of a maintenance company. 11 months of chasing an issue with no update.

I had an issue with the lead flashing on the roof becoming loose which cause it to lifting in the wind. This caused an incredibly annoying banging sound throughout the day and risked causing water damage to my property internally.

I can't thank Zohra enough. She handled the problem/ situation I had regarding renting a property in the most professional and understanding way. I have dealt with other letting agents who were in no ways helpful so it was an absolute pleasure to deal with Zohra this time round. I also found booking the viewing with the team extremely easy and efficient and went out of their way to suit our needs.

In 4 months I have not been provided…

In 4 months I have not been provided the gate code until yesterday and wasnt told the code for the rubbish/bins. The Internet has been suspended twice due to the bills not being paid despite my rent being paid on time. In a day and age where hybrid working is on the increase, days that I should have been wfh I had to go into the office instead and with current petrol prices Centrick are actually costing me financially and mentally. The hot water constantly plays up, the shower mixer valve doesnt work so when the boiler doesnt actually cut out on me means i can only have a scalding shower. I have crohns disease and have made Centrick aware of this yet nothing seems to be progressing. The contractors seem to be on work experience and can never do a satisfactory job. Words of advice from a current tenant is to steer clear of Centrick. I will change my review if my issues get addressed. Most likely not as i am 4 months in and WILL NOT be renewing this tenancy!!!!!!!! The 1 scoring is lenient, more like -101!!
