GoogleI had an awesome experience with the letting agency . I was booked in for an immediate viewing . I was very happy about that as I want to move in ASAP. Jaya Hughes showed me the property . She was very genuine and helpful. She answered my questions. I had a lovely experience in selecting a property I wanted . GoogleI had a very good experience with my property viewer. Her name is Emma. She came in for inspection. Very friendly, kind, humble and helpful person. Asked me if I had any issues with living in the house or society and even gave contacts for repair issues and stuff since me and my husband were new in the UK... Very much thankful to her and accord letting agents.

GoogleI was really comfortable with accord during my tenancy duration. Starting from Viewing with very kind and profassional Team Jaya helped me in viewing many properties and her team also at Birmingham office. While Nadine always helped me starting from my contract, helping me find the right property for my self and anything I needed she was trying to help all time.
